You discuss your current sleeping patterns with your Health Coach. Are you unable to fall asleep and your thoughts are racing? Do you keep waking up during the night or are you awake early in the morning? You learn what’s important about sleep, receive relaxation exercises and find your best sleeping times. The coaching is all based on your digital sleep diary.

It is therefore no substitute for a personal consultation, examination or diagnosis by a recognised doctor. For persons insured with CSS, the first consultation is free of charge. There may be a charge for any further sessions.
