  • HMO model: Your doctor’s practice in the medical network is your first port of call.
  • Family Doctor model: You always go to your family practice first.
  • Telmed: Ask the telemedicine centre or use the Well app first.
  • Multimed: The Multimed practice, telemedicine centre or Well app is your first point of contact.
  • Standard model: You have a free choice of doctor.

24/7 medical assistance

The professional staff at the telemedicine centre are available to provide medical advice to all insured persons 24/7 – regardless of their chosen model. The Well app is also free for all insured persons.
